Carp Fishing Tackle: Daiwa Infinity 2.75 Lb DF Specific Carp Fishing Rod Review
I am not sure the reason, but being an angler, I have consistently been fascinated with the commendable carp. It is a fish shrouded inside the mists of time with fables and stories which date back thousands of years. One particular historic Chinese fable suggests that if a carp is going to jump over the mythic "Dragon Gate," it would be altered into a dragon. If you've ever battled with a big, energetic carp on your fishing line, you likely will concur with the "dragon" idea! This sort of fable is known as an allegory which represents the struggle and persistency required to prevail over road blocks -- like the ones you may experience as you're fighting a formidable carp. To make the struggle more balanced, I always store my very best pieces of carp fishing tackle in perfect shape. One rod I specifically prefer is called a Daiwa Infinity 2.75 lb DF special rod. Here is why.

This rod is rather costly, with a regular price tag around £330.00. However, with some careful shopping, especially online, you likely will find the cost cut down to a bit more affordable £274.99 that includes VAT and shipping. One of several key top features of the Daiwa Infinity is its custom made design and finish that are based upon the vintage Magnum Taper swift action taper profile. Manufactured by Danny Fairbrass, a well-known UK carp angling professional, the Daiwa Infinity rod is most definitely superbly designed. The outcome? A rod having a highly distinct appearance that manages to be subtle too. Using its low glare, silk matte surface, the Daiwa Infinity looks very much like a custom-crafted rod. It features a medium profile, that is certainly fine for me, and high diameter tough SiC guides. The rod features a 50mm butt guide as well as an advanced 38mm and 32mm, which combine to funnel the fishing line effortlessly towards the tip.

Conclusions on the Daiwa Infinity Rod
I have to confess that I did have some problems with the cost of this rod. Due to all the good evaluations I've looked at, as well as my admiration for the exceptional Daiwa brand, I did decide to invest in the Infinity. All right, it met and surpassed all of my own excessive objectives. It warrants being added into any fisherman's carp fishing tackle assortment. I'm very happy to rate it at 4.5 out of 5 stars.
How many home runs will A-Rod end up with? How many would he have had if he didn't take steroids?
I'm guessing he will finish a little over 700, because he will probably play 5-6 more years, and I think he can average 20 HRs a year until he retires. Without steroids? Well SI guessed he was at about 358 when he hit #599, so if he never took steroids I think he could hit 500. Your thoughts?
Oh and can that David Wright > A-Roid guy not answer? He gives me headaches....
As much as I despise the Yankees and A-Rod, I think he'll get to 700 for sure. As for steroids, I'm not sure how much they helped. Unlike Bonds, Giambi, Sosa and many others, Alex has been able to continue hitting home runs and stay healthy even after the steroid era ended. They helped for sure, but may not be as big a factor as your numbers would indicate. Again, while I hate everything pinstriped, I'd rather see Alex as the home run king than Barry.

While the Eagles season goes down like a double cheese steak, DeSean Jackson
continues to catch more headlines than footballs. Pro Football Talk says
Jackson should get ready for a few more hits.
**"One week after dropping a few passes and shying away from some hits over
the middle, Jackson's performance in the first half of Thursday's game won't
quiet down the talk radio callers in Philadelphia."**
So what'd D-Jax do this time? Well, it may be what he didn't do...
Video shows Eagles quarterback Vince Young talking to Jackson. But Jackson
appears disinterested and staring off into space.
But like any Terrell Owens impersonator should know, the night doesn't end
when the final whistle blows. It ends after the cameras stop rolling. And in
the post game interview, the show was still going.
**"You were spotted hanging out with the defensive lineman while the receivers
were catching other passes. Is this something your normally do?...'Brad, I'm
not feelin, I'm not answering any of those types of questions Rick. If you're
gonna ask something about the game. Do that. You're asking questions that
