The car will not run properly with out the turbocharger. Besides SKYLINE cars are illegal in the USA and insurance will be sky high. Also parts are almost impossable to get to repair a car that is not made for import to the USA.
First car should be an expendable car because learning to drive wreck free the first year is difficult. Grand dads old Ford Tarus or Grand mothers 1999 Pontiac Bonniville. Just till you learn.
