clk430 was produced 98-02, so what year is yours? if it's 2000 or older, price seems a little high. but for 01-02 the price seems ok. mileage is not too high as long as the preivous owner did the proper maintanance. but i'm talking about prices in usa, other regions of the world have different prices.
