what is a good DRIFT RC CAR?

what is the difference between 1/10 and 1/16 scale?

The difference between 1/10 and 1/16 is the size. 1/10 is larger than 1/16. No your car does not have to be four wheel drive to drift but it helps.
After looking at the car you linked to you should be able to do all the drifting you want if you have th right road surface.
