0.05 = 0.000023 * 30 * /T
0.05 = 0.00069 * /T
0.05 / 0.00069 = /T
/T = 72.46 ---> 20 - 72.46 = -52.46 C
2. A modern-day zeppelin holds 8,000 m3 of helium. Compute its maximum payload at sea level. Take the density of helium to be 0.18 kg/m3.
This one i'm not even sure how to start
1: Your answer is correct. because the temperature is below zero, and probably below you have ever encountered doesn't mean it doesn't exist. A temperature of -52 is cold, but not extremely cold (theoretical lowest temperature possible -273.15 C).
A secondary reason is that the temperature should be lower than the start temperature.heat expands things.
2: density of air 1.22 Kg/m^3 at sea level at 15 C. 8000*(1.22-0.18)=8000*1.04=8320Kg
