Keep the sailboat. It is much less expensive to operate, and if you have no job and no money you could move onto your sailboat and live aboard until you get back on your feet. However, if you have a dream, you have to live it. An old salt once said to my husband as he was dreaming of cruising in a sailboat, "Sonny, if you wait til you're ready, you'll never go."
